That’s a lot of lint in the nooks and crannies.

I often use a modified (holster-shaped?) ziploc bag for pocket carry. Keeps lint out and the weapon slides out smoothly.

I am too. A holster, as you know, keeps the gun oriented and keeps crap like lint and car keys away from it. I’d not do it. I wanna make sure I grab the grip, only the grip, and nothing but the grip.

    You win, mods please lock......

True story- My uncle and I were out running errands and he said something about carrying his .44 mag. He was wearing a dress shirt and slacks, so I'm looking at him kinda funny, thinking he's talking about some other time. Now he was a big 'ole boy, 6'3'' and 375 or so. We get home and he pulls a 6" 629 out of his front right pants pocket. Holy shagnoid Batman!!

In the summer all the time. 642 or 365 depending on mood. I wear the tru-spec cargo shorts that have an internal pocket that keeps the gun secure oriented muzzle down.

Hey! Don't knock it til you try it! I have it on good authority that here is a pic of notable member with high-speed-low-drag zip lock holster.

I carry a S&W Shield 9mm in a pocket holster that looks a lot like that Vedder one, except that I made it myself. I don't currently have a picture of it and right now I'm just too dang lazy to go take one. :coffee2:

There's no lint on my LCR. I must be doing something wrong...
