I hate to give up my source but maybe karma will pay me back. I haven't had to buy powder in a long time due to Clinton era stockpiling. But started running a little low and didn't know that the powder shortage was as bad as it was. In the last few weeks after online and local shopping I found that Jerry's Reloading at 51st and Mingo has a better supply than anybody. Relatively new store that looks like is expanding. Very good selection of products at very fair prices. Like W748 for $24.95, CCI primers $32/k.

Very good people, especially the lady that put my 8lb keg behind the counter until I could get there. It's tough giving up a source but I'd much rather see a store like this stay in business. Hell, I didn't even know about them until hearing about them on OSA. Anyway, there's your powder.

I was in there this afternoon. They had a lot of powder, but nothing that I was looking for (231, HP-38 or unique.) They do have a substantial supply of components and equipment. The prices are decent, but not great. I consider it paying a bit more for the convenience of being able to walk out with goods instead of waiting for UPS.
