I'm having some issues with my bolt sticking. Not every round but when it sticks I have to jam the heel of my palm to get it to release and a rubber mallet to get the bolt to release and eject. This happens with the same frequency with my reloads or new ammo.

Sticky bolt is often the sign of excess pressure. You said you were well under max? I haven't looked at manuals to confirm your loads. If it also does it with factory ammo, and Ruger wants to see the rifle, my inclination would be to send it to them. Lots of variables, but if you have to use a rubber mallet, that is a serious sign!

Yeah. I'm sure of that. But using 140 gr. black box hornady and it does it........well. I'll be sending it back

Be glad you don’t have a Remington. You would have probably already broken the bolt handle off the bolt. I would send it back to Ruger. It might just need a finish reamer or your chamber polished. A buddies Remington was doing the same thing and his was due to a rough chamber. I’ve also seen the same thing with a Savage
