I need help getting mine back together. Damn thing is together but doesn't cock the hammer.

You have to turn it upside down to get the swinging thingy into the slot of the locking thingy.
I'll have to get out my manual tomorrow to remember the correct names. I have a Majestic arms quick strip kit on my Mark III hunter, making it a snap to clean and reassemble.

The strut that hooks to the trigger is probably not in the cup on the lever in the grip.

Might I suggest this and go to around the ten minute mark:

When you folded the mainspring back, was there any tension or did it just flop in place? No tension means that the hammer isn't in its proper place.

My magazine disconnect bushing came in the mail today, I got it all put together. After adjusting the trigger, I stepped off the back porch and fired 5 round out into the round bales. I am going to love the trigger and magazine disconnect.

The trouble was from not holding the gun upside to get the hammer leg in the right spot.
