Looking at those classic S&W .22's makes me feel like I've been looking at porn. Not that I've ever looked at porn. Anyway, my little collection of same are the absolute last worldly possessions I would ever part with. The only non-S&W .22 J or K frame classic that comes close to capturing my heart that way is a little Ruger Bearcat. For some reason I've developed a gawdawful hunger for one of those. I guess I need to start saving up.

I was looking at a bearcat at H&H last week and I sure was tempted.

Neat handy little gun.

I saw a stainless Bearcat a few months back and that was one impressive little gun. Ruger builds a tank, no doubt.

Ronny- Cool deal on the 34!

Yeah, it's cool. Nice to have another S&W .22 again. I'll keep this one.

I saw another one at the show that I really wanted; a S&W 617 with the aluminum cylinder. Trouble was, the guy wanted $850 for it.

I have no issue with the aluminum cylinder, just what it costs.
