You are right. And this is why this crap is so dangerous to us. Everyone knows that this will not work without registry, and when the gun grabbers get the first chance they will try and pass the registration bill. And if this bill makes it though and gets signed into law, we will see registry in a couple of years. This is the liberals and the anti 2A fools' main goal. Anyone with a brain knows that UBC will not work unless it contains registration. And by the way, get rid of that hideous avatar!! Makes me sick to my stomach looking at it.

all the committee that decides who is " mentally disqualified" from owning a firearm will need to do is keep moving the bar that defines " mentally disqualified". I bet that is a lot easier than passing some silly law the citizens would object to.
