Gonna be hard to to enforce without some sort of registry...
You are right. And this is why this crap is so dangerous to us. Everyone knows that this will not work without registry, and when the gun grabbers get the first chance they will try and pass the registration bill. And if this bill makes it though and gets signed into law, we will see registry in a couple of years. This is the liberals and the anti 2A fools' main goal. Anyone with a brain knows that UBC will not work unless it contains registration. And by the way, get rid of that hideous avatar!! Makes me sick to my stomach looking at it.

And here are some of the points:

Federal Felony to hand someone a gun at the range (or even on your own private property)

Federal Felony to leave your spouse alone with your guns for more than 7 days

Federal Felony to lend someone agun to take hunting

Enacts defacto universal gun registration, because of record keeping requirements.

Federal Felony to fail to report a stolen gun within 24 hours

States can no longer allow you to bypass a background check if you have a CCW permit

Attorney General gets to dictate a standard FFL transfer fee that all dealers must charge. So Eric Holder would be free to set a $1000 fee for each firearm transfer.

f-ck this ****
