And here are some of the points:

Federal Felony to hand someone a gun at the range (or even on your own private property)

Federal Felony to leave your spouse alone with your guns for more than 7 days

Federal Felony to lend someone agun to take hunting

Enacts defacto universal gun registration, because of record keeping requirements.

Federal Felony to fail to report a stolen gun within 24 hours

States can no longer allow you to bypass a background check if you have a CCW permit

Attorney General gets to dictate a standard FFL transfer fee that all dealers must charge. So Eric Holder would be free to set a $1000 fee for each firearm transfer.

I could be wrong but that bill sounds like it would be DOA. There are many gun democrats that could not support such a retarded piece of legislation. It almost looks like someone is intentionally killing the bill by making it overly broad and unenforceable.

Any chance this is their attempt to get a "compromise" bill that's still fairly extreme to their side?
"Oh, but we've compromised so many things from the original bill, if you'll just try to meet us in the middle somewhere..."

Where are the bills at that will strengthen out 2A rights, such as the federal government shall not place limits on magazine capacity, or anything you are too stupid to understand related to a firearm shall be off limits to government control? Sounds crazy doesn't it, yeah, well so does gun confiscations, but people are talking about it.

Are you talking full Senate vote or Judiciary Committee? I thought S. 150 and S. 146 were the only bills that haven't been voted on in the Judiciary Comittee and these would be the only bills voted on tomorrow in committee only.
