How about this legal gymnastics conundrum...
Group of people is stranded in cave, on island, etc. Very little to no food. They all agree that one of them will have to die and be eaten by the others, for any of them to have a chance at survival. They all consent to this in writing, fully informed. They draw straws, then kill and eat the one with the short straw. Later, some of them are rescued. Are they guilty of murder? If yes, *should* they be? There are cases where this has actually happened.
