Well I'm glad it passed so everyone can choose for them selves. I personally do not plan on carrying completely open with no cover or concealment. For me I don't want to have anything that says shoot me first I have a gun. It will be nice to not have to worry about it on the way home from the range and I'm untucking my t-shirt to cover at Mcdonalds

The great thing about freedom is that you do not actually need a reason to do something. You have a right not to open carry 'just because'. Isn't it great!

Any police officer that wants too can ask to me to show him my CCL. I will do it gladly. I have nothing to hide and no reason to find it offensive. 99% of the LEOs I know are damn good guys.

i have shown my permit several times , never got a speeding ticket at any time. was glad to show my permit. never had a bad encounter with a LEO

Some Ok LEO's would slip a cog in Detroit. Open carry plus real bad hood rats all on the same block.

You do get to see our licences on demand... and historically, legal gun carriers have never been a problem to you or your brother Peace Officers. If 43 other states can train Constables, State Troopers and Local cops to work with open carry citizens I am pretty sure you guys can figure this out too.

I carried all day in Joplin MO yesterday. Ate in public, went to Walgreens drove with my shirt in and my gun OUT.

Not only did no body try to snatch my gun... hell, NO ONE LOOKED twice...Including 3 Joplin uniforms.

Some of you folks (and I hope you know who you are) need to get real already.
