Judging from the trail cam pictures the big buck contest should be interesting this year!

Do they make one? Just kidding But thats how I have figured out why the poachers in our area have such great mounts on their wall. They hunt at night, and we try to be legal and do it right.

Still havent seen our Monster Buck this year but this guy showed up last week. He's coming through from 8:30-8:45 three nights in a row from the same direction every time. We only got one pic of him each night on just one of the 4 cams we have in the area. He's just passing through and not eating the corn. Looking forward to pulling the cards in a few more days to see if he is still holding to the same pattern.

Looks like the big boys are finally moving in to the the area. The deer on the left is the same one we've been picking up on the cams this past week and pictured above. Looks like he has a new and "bigger" friend. I just wonder how much of friends they'll be in another month

Hopefully we'll have some better photos of the new bigger buck when the run the other cams this weekend.

One more, this camera was malfunctioning and the flash isnt working good but I was able to adjust the brightness and contrast enough to get a good look at this one. All we could see in the original photo was just a glowing eye.
