If you read through this thread, you'll notice that "not recommended" ammo has been used by many. I've got 2000+rds of Remington GB, 250rds of Winchester wildcat, 300rds Winchester super-x, 100 Federal automatch through mine.

Cleaned after each run. Good times for me.

Mine does not like the Winchester super X. The cci, blazer and federal all run perfect.

Got mine back from s&W today they put a new bolt in it, work for the next 8 days straight then we will give it a run

Mine's barrel is off getting threaded. Buddy is having both ours done as repayment for me hauling him to the range whenever I go. Going to put a flash hider on it to be 'tacticool', plus the threading will be good if I ever decide to put a suppressor on it.

I just wanted to make a quick update on the Plinker Tactical magazines.

I ordered 3 from Cabellas, and one directly from Plinker Tactical.

The 3 from Cabellas come with the load assist tool, the one direct from Plinker doesn't come with it. Price wise you save a few buck by ordering from Cabelas since the load assist is included. If you already have one and don't want one per magazine, then order directly from Plinker Tactical.

Let me know if you'd like to rid yourself of one of those load assists. Been waiting on HH to carry them but no joy.

I've got 2 PT mags and no assist tool - should be standard.

Math is awesome.

250 .22lr rds today. 100rds of Winchester bulk & 150rds of Federal automatch.
Purposefully haven't cleaned the 15-22 since the last outing a week and a half ago...wanted to see how things went.
Not one single feed, fire, or ejection issue. Nada. Zip.

That plus time with the Glock & Marlin makes a good day for me.

picked up three of the PT mags ,they run fine .even with the slidefire .

Just a heads up tacticaladvantage.com has 10 round promags you can convert to 32 rounds 16.95 plus shipping. Mine will be here Monday will post back how they function when I get a chance to shoot them.
