[turkeyrun]

I am turkeyrun because the ranch is Turkey Run Cattle Co.
Ranch was named because I have 12 grandkids so the ranch is run by turkeys.

Didn't really have nicknames in school. Granddad called me weevil, an oil field name for rookie.
Now I'm mostly called Papa, even the grandkids friends call me Papa.

I went with friend this week for the first time in a year to shoot at H&H and met caspian40sw there to zero some optics and for me to try out a new shotgun. Well, two of the three guys behind the counter were not known to me but that is totally understandable. He pulls up my screen for customers and asks Reyce, the most senior one there in let us say employment, what does "GTLR" mean next to this fellow's name? WEll, being there at the counter I saved Reyce the trouble because he was too busy slobbering over my SOCOM. I said" That stands for Grouch Threat Level RED! Any questions, kids? OH, I should have posted that after BB and GC came along in the world it was changed to Grumpy? LOL!

Well, I will see what i can find out. But I added that myself years ago after the Gov't started issuing the threat levels, so I thought I would save ALL the time of doing so. LOL!

I think that may have been a good idea, dear, but we even had our problems with our coworkers who thought they knew it all, oh, let me stop, there. You and I both know that all out there know it all so good thing we left. LOL!
