Oh trust me, I dont worry about you.
You couldnt pour piss out of a boot with the instruictions written on the heal.
Going with the oldies huh? I understand new material is hard on folks like you that are dumb enough to post statements online in a public forum that started this. Funny thing is how easy it was to find that comment again using Google.

Lots of folks think they can get away with selling firearms privately for profit without a license. Sad thing is that getting properly licensed and setting up a business isn’t that difficult or cost prohibitive. Could save you a lot of trouble in the long run even if it’s just your “hobby”.

The ATF for all their bad rap has been know to encourage such hobbyists to get right with the law before dropping the hammer.

Anyone that doesn’t think every internet or credit card purchase can be traced is short a few bricks. The credit card companies are even turning this information over to the government.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives, IRS-Criminal Investigations Division, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Lubbock Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Haag, NDTX’s West Texas Branch Chief, is prosecuting the case.

I'm not sure it will hold up, when has it became illeglal to sell a personal firearm? If that were the case, gunshows wouldnt exist except to dealers.

Don’t be dense. He admitted to engaging in business to sell firearms without a license.

Repeatedly buying and selling firearms like that is bound end up with consequences. Unfortunately, people that do what this guy was doing are the ones that will make the case for all firearms transfers to have universal background checks.
