There is a possibility of a third term if biden is removed from office because he is so brain dead. BTW Pelosi has already set this up. Heels up ho kamala would serve out his first term and have the constitutional ability to serve two more.

George Washington could have served as president for as many terms as he wanted, but set a precedent of 2 terms. Every President after him held to that standard until FDR was elected to 4 terms. Hence the 22nd Amendment became necessary.

While changes need to happen, I'm not completely convinced that term limits for Congress is the answer. Careful that the cure isn't worse than the illness.

Rotational limits may be a better fix. Something to think about.

Its all in the timing with an early termination of joe, and Nancy has already laid the groundwork. brain dead joe himself said that if he and heels up ho harris had an issue, he would get an illness and resign. its on video. He said it. He knows its coming too.

Biden would have to serve at least two years before Harris would be eligible to serve two more terms. The limit a person may serve as president is ten years.
