18 is legal in a private sale but it’s totally up to the seller’s discretion.

Folks opinions on selling handgun to 18 year old? Had a deal set up to sell to a new member on here for a few days we finally got to meet up this evening. Gentleman never stated he was under 21 and I never asked. I declined the sell on the handgun. Is there a legal issue with it? Does it warrant negative feedback? Is it a courtesy to let everyone else know who the person is?? Thoughts, opinions let’s hear them.

Legal or not, I agree with your decision.
I’ve met quite a few members on here, and there’s some damn shady characters among them.
