No Money- No Freedom
O.J. is perfect example: When he had money he walked away free and when he was broke he spent several years in prison.
That's not exactly the way it happened.
Piss poor prosecutors and a great defense team got him off the murder charge.
He put himself in prison trying to get back some memorabilia while acting like a common thug.
Financial issues had zero to do with either.

I've tried to read all of this, but it's hard. The majority seem happy he was arrested and faces some pretty life altering charges. It sounds just like every Democratic gun grab I've ever heard. Yes, he broke the law and there are some here who freely admit to carrying concealed without a license, knowing it was illegal. He can't post about it? So he lost his first amendment rights too? And you're happy about this? I hope none of you find yourselves in his shoes with a police officer who doesn't' care what the law says, only that you shouldn't have a gun on you.
Gag orders are commonly put on by judges because the defendant can use the media to influence the case that should be judged on its merits alone.

Well, IDK. Every time I think I know the law, I hear or read something that makes me question my understanding.

The wilshire gun range comment was spot on. You walk right in there with long guns where liquor is served and you do not need a CC permit to do so. There is only a rope barrier between the gun shop and the restaurant where liquor is served. Interesting development. Edit: I'm wondering if those at Wilshire are two different businesses? Would that allow the gun side to take care of their business while the liquor serving restaurant take care of theirs? There is a barrier between the two with an opening. No different than walking down the street with a legal gun and going into the door of a restaurant serving alcohol?
He also brought up my earlier comments that if he had been carrying an AR pistol he would have been in compliance with the law at Twin Peaks.

Don't worry, I won't end up in his shoes, cuz he's a dumbass and I'm not.

Which is exactly the defense he can use since he wasnt at the "bar" portion and i think a jury would side with him. I also believe the da knows this and will try to play the "primary" card by proving twin peaks makes over 50% in alcohol sales.

This statement on twin peaks site is just another huge aid for that avenue.
