Well, IDK. Every time I think I know the law, I hear or read something that makes me question my understanding.
That's not exactly the way it happened. No Money- No Freedom
O.J. is perfect example: When he had money he walked away free and when he was broke he spent several years in prison.
Yes.Possessing the rifle inside a restaurant that serves alcohol (any alcohol, not primary) is prohibited. Right?
Gag orders are commonly put on by judges because the defendant can use the media to influence the case that should be judged on its merits alone.I've tried to read all of this, but it's hard. The majority seem happy he was arrested and faces some pretty life altering charges. It sounds just like every Democratic gun grab I've ever heard. Yes, he broke the law and there are some here who freely admit to carrying concealed without a license, knowing it was illegal. He can't post about it? So he lost his first amendment rights too? And you're happy about this? I hope none of you find yourselves in his shoes with a police officer who doesn't' care what the law says, only that you shouldn't have a gun on you.

If you believe Don Spencer, he makes it sound like it's legal to carry a rifle into a restaurant that serves alcohol.Yes.

Don't worry, I won't end up in his shoes, cuz he's a dumbass and I'm not.I've tried to read all of this, but it's hard. Which is exactly the defense he can use since he wasnt at the "bar" portion and i think a jury would side with him. I also believe the da knows this and will try to play the "primary" card by proving twin peaks makes over 50% in alcohol sales. The wilshire gun range comment was spot on. You walk right in there with long guns where liquor is served and you do not need a CC permit to do so. There is only a rope barrier between the gun shop and the restaurant where liquor is served. Interesting development.
I edited my post about Wilshire Gun Range. (great place BTW)Which is exactly the defense he can use since he wasnt at the "bar" portion and i think a jury would side with him.
