What do you mean? I'm no attorney, but his preliminary hearing was set for August 19 @ 9AM ... when it will probably be continued again!

Yeah, it means he got the hearing pushed again.
Preliminary hearings can be "continued" for numerous reasons. I'm not an attorney, but I'd venture that either prosecution or defense could ask for continuous. Heck, maybe even the judge could for some reason?
His most recent pretrial hearing has been continued into December for "negotiations".

This is what’s so irritating to me about people like this...64 pages of gun owners dog piling on this guy for being a knucklehead but when a lot of people think hear the phrase “2A advocate” or “pro gun” they think of this guy or someone like him.
