yea its been a getto since the 80's at least... been here 58 years and ran those streets i know!!!!
my best friend got his first place over there and one week everything he had was gone while we were at work imagine that!

been a problem as long as i can remember. they talk about it but never do anything about it. prime location if it was cleaned up.
