They need to privatize and have for many years. Being mandated to go every delivery point 6 days a week also needs to go. It should cost more to get mail to remote areas versus large cities. They may need to appoint me as PMG to get the job done.

That's 2 days a week more than a person really needs it. seriously though, you can sign up for Informed Delivery on their website and it will give you a pretty good idea of what to expect to be delivered today. I'm highly anticipating the 5 pieces of bulk and 1 package will be here in a bit.I believe that our USPS delivery person is delivering mail every other day, instead of each day.
He's wanting his holiday card with cash inside. Two days in a row my CHAZ reject-looking carrier has waved to me. I'm kinda in shock. I wonder what his angle is?
Ok, Ada. Let's hear it. How was your mail today? I ran it yesterday. Should have been stone cold perfect since Ada and the combo cities only had about 26k pieces. (not responsible for packages or parcels).
That is a really low volume day. Has volume dropped off that low on the average day now?Ok, Ada. Let's hear it. How was your mail today? I ran it yesterday. Should have been stone cold perfect since Ada and the combo cities only had about 26k pieces. (not responsible for packages or parcels).
Just a low volume day. Funny you should mention Kingfisher. Sunday I ran the Alva combo. Last night it was the Duncan combo. 45k pieces there. Today will be crazy. We're running all of the USPS holiday mailing deadline postcards. That'll double our volume and create havoc in the machines. Maintenance better be on their game! That is a really low volume day. Against the rules. Firing offense if he accepts any monetary gifts. USPS is really strict on this. Personnel can only accept non-monetary gifts during socially acceptable gift-giving occasions and under a strict dollar limit ($10 or $20 I think). He's wanting his holiday card with cash inside.
I was trying to have an LOL moment but you bring up a good point. Scans are a big point of importance to the USPS and one where we always seem to fall short. Here's the report that came with today's weekly email newsletter. 95% sounds good until you're one of the 5% that missed a scan. The tracking was jacked up. But I don't think that's the fault of the Ada PO. Everything was fine as far as I know. Tracking has been really weird for several packages lately. They're mostly on time but it seems a lot of scans are missing or duplicated several times.
