Then why were the guns out on display if nobody in the store was qualified to do a gun sale?
Sounds like the guy just didn't want to do any work.

I had a very similar experience at the OKC NW HWY Wallyworld. It took over an hour to get anyone there to the gun cabinet. They absolutely would not let me put the bolt in ist vas verboten and they would not look in the back for the others they showed they had. It's a nonwritten conspiracy to keep gun from being sold to the public.Wal Mart in Ardmore lost a sale today. I had to go find someone to help me at the gun counter. I was going to buy a savage 110 hunter in 308. Had a crossfire mounted and bore sighted already on it. I ask if I could look at it and he says "you can look at it but you cant buy it. We dont have anyone qualified to sell guns". So i thought ok well I can come back tomorrow or something. I asked if I could have the bolt to put in it and work the action and he says "well its somewhere in the back in a box it would take me forever to find it and we are short handed." Then goes on to tell me how that rifle is way over priced ($526) and that i should shop somewhere else. I am beyond perturbed at this point so I leave and am confident I will never gun shop at Wal Mart again.
I bought the Savage A17 for $99. I don't think an LGS or any online vendors would sell one for that, although admittedly I didn't shop around that much. LOL!Just find your Savage at the LGS or favorite online dealer. Someone that will appreciate your business.
Walmart, the store where the people there are disgusting, there are 2 cashiers working 25 cash registers, you have to check out and bag yourself and the only store where they treat you like you stole something when you leave. Oh, and did I mention the people there are disgusting?
I’m not sure if they’ve extended the unemployment beyond six months. And as far as I know a family of one gets that same amount. Unemployment doesn’t change based on your dependence. It’s based on yourself. Normal unemployment if you’re maxed out is over 400 a week. Because of the coronavirus stimulus or whatever they wanna call it for unemployment it was an additional 600 a week but it’s dropped down to 400 on top of the regular employment. So yes it’s 800-ish a week.I was visiting with a fellow here in Alabama at a fast food place a couple of days ago. Subject came up because this one place sucked at having the products needed and personnel to work.
He informed me that a family of 4 would get $800 a week in unemployment. I've not verified that, but if it is true, that would be over $41,000 a year for such a family.
