Can anyone point me towards a 4 or 5 times per year weed control program. I'm in tulsa with mostly some Bermuda. Front yard is decent but the back yard already out of control with weeds.

That really is a lot of applications. Right now is a good time for Round Up (glyphosphate) in bermuda. A pre emergent should be used as well. The biggest help to control weeds is to have a thick healthy lawn. Once the bermuda starts growing spread some fertilizer, water and mow. Fertilizer will only be needed once every 2 months if you use a good slow release fertilizer. If you use a quick release fertilizer you will find the best results is once a month. If you don't want to put an inch of water down a week when temps are below 90 and up to 3 inches a week when temps stay above 80 at night and reach 100s during the day forget the fertilizer
during the hot months. You will be mowing every 3 days when temps, water and fertilizer reach the extremes. Mowing height is also beneficial to preventing weed growth. Mow at 2"-2.5" during the cooler months when it is growing. Keep it mowed, because when weeds sprout above grass they will also go to seed. When it gets hot raise it to 3" and I never go higher than 3".
Guys that spray yards for a living may tell ya a 5 times a year is beneficial, but they are laughing with your check all the way to the bank. Most will give your yard a little dose of liquid fertilizer for a quick green up in May and yard owner is happy is doesn't know the difference.

OB what is a good pre emergent and can it be sprayed right along with the roundup or should you wait a few weeks?

I honestly haven't been spraying in a few years to have a brand name pre emergent for you. You can definitely spray them at the same time. Keep in mind though, pre emergent will need to be watered to get to the soil surface. However, round up is a contact killer, (green vegetation) and shouldn't be washed off for 24-36 hour but after that time span sprinkle away to get the pre emergent down. The pre emergent will work best if its sprinkled dowm to soil within 48-96 hours.
