Anyone know what would be causing this type of wear? I understand how toe adjustments affect wear.

But for both the inner and outer outer wear to he happening is odd to me.

This is not mine, but my wife’s is doing the same thing as this. I thought it was something with the wife’s until I saw this one in the parking garage.

And I can tell they rotated their tires with the wear pattern on the rear axle tires as well.

Thanks. Makes sense on the wife’s with 145k miles. Those pictures are from a later year, maybe a 2024. Is it just not enough shock/strut for the slightly larger than factory tire size?
tire size wont effect shocks. a shock or struts only job is to push that tire back to the ground after a bump or hole. when they weak they allow bounce and when tires bounce a lot they develop abnormal wear patterns. Those you have might cause a little vibration and noise. Replace shocks and suffer with those tires or replace tires. but dont replace until shocks are replaced. if its a newer toyo it might have struts but same / same. IF the vehicle has been lifted and the shock/strut wasnt compensated. that could contribute

Had an F250 that did that. Sam's said the belts were separating and prorated the tires. I decided to get it aligned after they put the new shoes on and the alignment shop said I needed ball joints which I did. Problem solved, but I don't know if it was because of the new tires, or the ball joints.

Looks like what they call four wheel drive scrub. Rotate more often.

My Wrangler UltraTerrain's do the same thing and I just chalked it up to aggressive AT tires. Mine are on a '18 frontier pro-4x w/ 80+k miles. You can actually feel the rumble from tires if creeping at a red light and such. They are lasting longer than I thought they would even with the weird wear pattern.
