Zombies, he’s talking about zombiesSo in post 246 you say the dude was “clearly“ dead & you can’t murder a dead guy.
But in post 249 you say it’s reasonable to assume the dead guy is still a threat??
Are you talking about the same guy??
I see a couple of people with but no one has an opinion? I wonder if one of us had CCWSafe and found ourselves in this situation would they represent us and post bond if we had opted for that coverage option?I wonder if anyone else is currently in jail charged with Murder 1 and what their bond might be?
Also just a vaguely related thought. Do any of you guys have concealed carry insurance with the bond insurance? I know CCWSafe and other companies offer it. I wonder if this guy was their insured if he would be covered for both representation and possible bond. I know they probably don’t cover that high of bond.
What does the contract say? That dictates what they will do.I see a couple of people with but no one has an opinion? I wonder if one of us had CCWSafe and found ourselves in this situation would they represent us and post bond if we had opted for that coverage option?
I understand that. I guess I’m wondering if it looks like a potentially bad shoot like many have pre determined here, would the insured be on their own for finding and paying for their own representation? I’d like to think none of us would ever find ourselves in that situation. I’m not a member now but used to be. I think I’ll email and ask them. What does the contract say? I’m guessing they could use this language to deny coverage. “Covered Member and are in legal possession of your firearm or other legal weapon during a Recognized Self-Defense Use of Force Incident, CCW Safe will pay all the reasonable costs to defend Covered Member against criminal charges, civil suits, including pre-indictment investigation, and administrative claims against Covered Member’s permit arising out of the use of a legal firearm or other legal weapon during a Recognized Self-Defense Use of Force Incident.”I understand that.
