It should be well known to you nice folks that my EDC's are revolvers and my primary choice is GDHP as well. When i carry my 44, it's the Federal 200 grain LSWCHP. I haven't made up my mind about my 610. I'll wait and see how it does with hard primers, and if it does well, then the GDHP.

I'm somewhat old school in my ammo choices,,,
I carry either a .380 or a 9 mil,,,
I use flat point ball ammo.

I know all about that fear of over penetration,,,
I know that ball ammo does less damage,,,
I just plan to shoot many rounds.

I only own high quality semi-auto pistols,,,
All of them have failed at least twice with hollow point ammo.

I prefer the piece of mind of having reliable performance,,,
If I am carrying a revolver I use nasty/wicked ammo,,,
But for my semi's it's flat meplat FMJ.

I have Hornady Critical Defense 115 gr. 9mm in my Taurus G2c but I'm thinking of switching to Federal's HydraShok HST Micro 150 gr. We've also started carrying Federal Syntec in 9mm, .380 ACP, and .38 Special; and Remington Golden Saber Ultimate Defense in 9mm, .380, .38, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP.

Federal Train & Protect 180 gr JHP in .40 s&w for my edc and nightstand pistols, Federal Train & Protect 115 gr JHP for my 9mm. I also keep CCI JHP .22lr in my Walther P22. Both my 9mm and .22 are kept in my safe, but I keep them loaded as well.
