Tonight was a prime grilled ribeye, couple Dos Equis dark and then some Monkey Shoulder. Not bad... tomorrow is back to work.

I absolutely love Manhattans, but it's tough to find in most of our local bars. Big city places have the required ingredients
I don't often have anything to submit on this, but my friend gave me a bottle of Booker's Small Batch as a house warming present back in December. I finally opened it up this week and have been enjoying a glass or two of that in the evenings. They definitely mean it when they say it is uncut and unfiltered. Very tasty once you let it breathe a bit.
