So after my holiday pay coming in from this paycheck this week I'll have a little money to treat myself. I'm trying to figure out what I want to grill this weekend. Possibly some fat steaks from Sams.

What do you suggest?

1 vote for the fat steaks from Sams. Get a nice fat (1 inch thick minimum) ribeye, season and marinate, leave her in the fridge for about a week. Then, set her out for a few hours to get to room temp, then grill her up! That's what I do anyways. I like to go to Reasors and get their 1 1/2" thick 1.9 lb top sirloin. Freakin awesome! You could always do some good old baby back ribs too.:drunk2:

Smoked chicken and grilled ribeyes with grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes, brown and serve rolls, and french silk pie with strong black coffee for dessert.

That sounds good and all but I normally get steaks so big that I can't fit anything else in my belly :P Maybe I'll only eat half of it or something.
