I'm on day 62. Called Oklahoma County Sherriff on Friday. Not there yet.
I have to say, I'm no grammar nazi (or maybe I am) but this title has driven me nuts ever since I joined OSA.
I submitted my paperwork at TCSO, i am currently on day 28
Anyone on hear take the non Res Utah class and if so have any of u got the permit back yet and how long did it take
day 80 got my letter Denying me

yes they did. sent me a personal letter with a phone number.
i called Utah today and spoke with the guy who wrote it.
he was very polite. my gun rights were taken away then restored.
he said Utah has the right to deny me a permit as a non resident but would grant it if i lived there.
something about not wanting to interfere with other courts,
he recommended i apply in my home state or Florida.
huge disappointment. :sad:
