IMHO, mandatory military service for all at 18 years old would go along way toward improving this country. Israel does this with great success. Teach these kids discipline and respect. How to properly use and respect a firearm and other people. How to wear a uniform instead of a costume. How to be a productive member of society. No exemptions. Join or leave.

Those with martial skills and trainable warrior mindset would get base level USMC style instruction in weapons, security and martial arts and those who excel get more technical military opportunities.
