You’re talking about quantum physics & virtual particles. This is a concept/theory & the virtual particles cannot be observed. They can theoretically interact with other particles. So, I’m not sure this concept adds credence to the theory of evolution. Interesting stuff though
Actually has been observed as as far back in the 1980's and we are talking about protons, neutrons and electrons and yes, it does deal with quantum physics. God, from many beliefs created the Universe from NOTHING (apparently even time failed to exist before the big bang.) The Bible states God said, "let there be light." Atheism though ignores the parallels. So on the scale of events, size, strangeness etc. all are there many things that science almost explains. On a sub atomic level this list encompasses classical physics, not necessarily Brane Theory. Imagine time not existing, no past, present or future, that is even more mind numbing...

Multiverses, even crazier, an infinite number of universes, some without you, some with you, even some where you may be a billionaire or president.

I was referring to virtual particles, not protons.

Technically, even protons cannot be seen either. They can be indirectly observed with partial accelerators. They can’t be formed under normal conditions on earth. They need a high speed collision to form aka the Big Bang theory

Found this explanation about virtual particles:
According to quantum field theory, virtual particles appear to "come from nothing" in the sense that they spontaneously pop into existence from the vacuum due to fluctuations in quantum fields, but they are not truly created from nothing as they borrow energy from the universe for a very brief time before annihilating, effectively returning the energy back to the system; this is allowed by the uncertainty principle in quantum mechanics.

Been a while since this was brought up (about 20 or so years for me!) however yes, virtual particles so apologies for bringing you down that rabbit hole, spontaneously generated, both matter and anti matter. How we know is in matter anti matter annihilations, very specific energy levels of gamma rays are emitted. I think positron electron annihilations generate a 512 MEV gamma ray signature, cannot remember proton/anti proton annihilation.

BTW, want some antimatter? You probably have some in your kitchen cupboard! No Salt, or Potassium Chloride has a small percentage of Potassium 40 in it, a Positron emitter. A Geiger Counter can pick up the gamma ray from the positron electron annihilation.
