As for "impending" collapse...impending has become as useless a word as tactical has. Lots of folks selling, and making money off of "the collapse".

Impending is defined as about to happen, which may not have been the best term.

I should have chosen something like Underway or In Process. This would be more appropriate because it is happening as I type. People are losing their jobs, having their hours cut to less than 30 per week, losing their insurance and things are getting worse.

So, yes you are correct. Impending was the wrong word.

Well, honestly I wasn't targetting your use of the word specifically.

We've been told that an economic collapse is coming since, well, since there's been an economy....so much that the dire warnings all start to blend together. I'm sure it will be here tomorrow and I'll be surprised, but at this point just bring it and stop warning about it already LOL.

Given I can get government healthcare and Indian healthcare anyway (my choice of BIA clinics or Cherokee clinics), I guess it affects me not. I carry private insurance but if I were to drop it, it would be without penalty due to my entitlements. Yay for being entitled ?

How much will our economy benefit from everyone who did not have health care now having it?

Everyone already has health care. Not everyone has health insurance, nor will everyone have health insurance even after the ACA is fully implemented.
