I thought you were referring to me saying that western Oklahoma was still dry, and you typo'd the eastern and meant western lol. The panhandle just received a 1000y rain. It's humid and miserable in eastern Oklahoma during the summer whether it rains or not....trees.
Yep, trees.
Here in east TX, I start sweating when I feed the dogs at daylight, and by about 7:30-8:00, I’ve already sweated through my clothes. It’s 81* right now with 85% humidity.:rolleyes2

You won't hear me complaining about the heat. I hate cold weather and 6 months from now you won't even be able to go outside.
Amen to that. I just left the Colorado Rockies to escape the -20 we'd get in January. Before that is was Northern NY State. Don't even ask me about -37. By comparison to the other places I've lived, Oklahoma winters are a rough spring.
