I cancelled my 9mm order today. I guess they've been getting a lot of complaints from customers, because the customer service rep was chomping at the bit to rattle off her spiel about how it wasn't their fault. Not defensive or rude at all, but very prepared to deal with an angry ammo customer. But, I was polite and just cancelled. She was relieved.
