You should check to see if its Berdan primed. Look for 2 flash holes instead of one.

+1 on this one. I even use a maglight just to make sure all the time.

Tighten up the decap pin with the lever down and the shell up in the die with the pin in the flash hole so that your pin is centered. May help??
