Just picked up a used Aimpoint.

Looking at the website for information, I don't see anything about acceptable calibers.

I'm sure that they all work well on .223/556 platforms but is there any danger of using them on .308?

Anywhere to check on that?

I sent an email to aimpoint with the specific models I had and never got an answer.

Thank in advance.

Yea, it will be fine on a .308.

My neighbor uses one on his .54 cal muzzleloader he's had it on there for several years with no issues. I would think you'd be fine.

If there's one brand that I would trust even on a Barrett .50 cal, it would be Aimpoint. They stomp the competition in terms of ruggedness and reliability. They are GTG on a .308.
