App for CCW question

I have a sleep disorder where I sleep with CPAP
And I think they called it shift-work
And I fill out the question on the app they OSBI
Sent me a form for my dr to fill out and my dr just told me she doesn't fill out CCW forms WTF
Anyone have this problem

Sounds like you need to consider your choices in doctors maybe.

I call 20 drs and they all told me the same thing

What is on the form? Are they wanting an official diagnosis? You will have trouble getting a doctor to sign off on it because it can put them at a liability. Hard to blame them in this sue happy world we live in.

what does CPAP (sleep apnea?) have to do with a CCW application?

Yea but if OSBI requires it but doctors will not then there needs to be a law that states different

I call osbi and asked the lady if I needed to put it down on the app she told me yes so now osbi sends me a form for the dr to fill out

If they can't even help but hell I don't even know where to go from here

I don't know. Have to ask, what was the reason you listed it? I don't remember seeing a place on the form that would make it needed? Either way, not a good situation for you, it's going to be difficult to get your permit.
