Is there any guess as to when this will go into effect? I hope it's not soon.

I was told it would go into effect this summer some time.

I think it will be June but not 100% on that. not any major change but you would be suprised how many people who don't know what state they are a resident of!

call in a few of these a day and you would be amazed what people write.

I sit them in front of the computer to fill out 4473's and process them online. I don't care for calling them in and repeating a person's personal data when people can over hear it
