attention crazy drivers

All I know is the damn snow plow in Sand Springs inbound to Tulsa was throwing "ROCKS" with the sand.

I'm on my 5th Jeep windshield and it looks like I'll be on my 6th now. I refuse to replace it until summer because the exact sae thing would probably happen next week. Each May or June I buy another. It gets old.

I saw a few this morning being really careful, 15-20 under, and that's ok. I just wish they would do it in the slow lane instead of the passing lane.

But that applies ALL THE TIME. If you're not actively passing someone, you should be in the right lane.

I'm going to have to side with the slow down people. I saw a couple crazy people today, why risk not only your life but lives of others. Slow down, where you're going will still be there. Everyone knows the road conditions, if you're late you're late, I'm sure your boss, significant other, etc. would rather you be late and safe than have to come get you out of a ditch or worse.

Relax AJ. How would you feel if your wife or daughter was driving slow because they were trying to be safe and some ********* rode thier bumper or cut around them because they didn't approve of their speed?

Sorry but while I will drive with caution, there was no need to be doing 35mph on Sooner this morning when the roads were just wet. Much less on I240 with the person in the fast lane doing 35mph causing traffic to back up.

If you are unsure of your ability to drive and are going to impeed other drivers then I suggest you stay home so other peope can get to work in time. I left the house 1h:10m before my shift, I dont have the luxury of calling in since I work in the utility field and barely made it in the door this morning thanks to the overly cautious drivers only doing 20-40 mph.

People going 20mph too slow aren't the problem. People going 20mph too fast aren't the problem. It's when the two meet with a 40mph closure rate, THAT'S the problem!

I am all for slowing down when conditions are bad, but to come to a crawl, talking 5mph, is crazy, was in a jamb up this morning, traffice moving just fine at 40mph when everyone has to stop, why? One driver at a 5mph crawl had over 30 cars backed up..thats whats crazy.

Be safe, but don't be so cautious and careful that you forget that there other ppl on the road as well. A little bit of snow on the road does not mean you:
A. Slow down up whilst entering upon the highway
B. Not turning right on red. or turning right on red and taking up both lanes bc you can't see the lines...really??
C. Going 20 in a 45 and oh btw, not letting me pass by driving right along side another person going the same speed
D. Fliiping me off and cursing or giving me the bird when I do finally get to pass (3 miles later)
E. ya, I rode your ass for a bit...speed up to at least 5 under the speed limit
F. Talking on the phone with no lack of respect for other drivers
G. there is a minimum speed on the highway. heed it!
H. Txting while trying to do all the aformentioned items

btw, these thoughts can be used whatever the weather outside. have fun folks and keep shootin'!

sounds like alot of people should have got out of bed earlier and to get started instead of waiting til the last minute to try to get where their going in a hurry
