Guess I was the lucky one. Shopped sales ads in October, ended up with a 7.5" 556 ar pistol and a 10" 9mm ar pistol, both with 2-stage triggers for just over $1100 combined.
I just almost had my basic needs covered but I need a 9mm pistol and a ton of ammo still.

Local pawn shop has a couple of Anderson 5.56 for sale. $600-700ish. They also have a SR-25 in .243 but wanting $1300.
