Best Cheese in some time

I was at Sams about a week or so ago and saw some cheese labeled "Three Alarm Colby Jack". I like hot food so I purchased some and let me tell you it is the best spicy cheese ever It has nice flavor and a good amount of heat.

I like the black Diamond extra sharp aged white cheddar that Sam carries.

I not a big fan of cheese, though I enjoy some every once and a while, but man, that stuff looks gooooooooood!

Nice little lick to it, helps eliminate colon blockage....
