I find people bragging about or getting upset a sports team they aren’t a part of, besides cheering for, rather funny.

I just read thru all of last year's posts. A couple of mine were out of line. I'll try to do better. One of the funniest so far this year was when one post mentioned they would hate to just hope for a winning season when their team is coming off a 6 and 7 season. But that's all in the rear view mirror now.

Maybe they will go all the way to 2nd place nationally again this year. I doubt it but time will tell.

Very doubtful. There's not a single game left on OU's schedule that would help them jump over anyone else. So unless there are a couple of meltdowns, which could happen, they just get a nice Bowl game if they don't have a meltdown themselves, which could also happen.

This doesn't play into the narrative since we only talk about 1 game/season at a time! No reason at all to look at the past - just like mentioning the OSU guy with DUIs but no mention at all about the Switzer era and Charles Thompson/Jamelle Holieway dealing cocaine.
