I put a rack in my elect smoker about 12:15 myself today. At 225' I think they will be just right about 7:30 or 8. Just use salt and pepper this time. Plenty of humidity so did not mess with a water pan. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.Giving pork ribs another try on the smoker. Rubbed with just salt and pepper on half and Head Country sweet and spicy on the other half.
