Giving pork ribs another try on the smoker. Rubbed with just salt and pepper on half and Head Country sweet and spicy on the other half.

I put a rack in my elect smoker about 12:15 myself today. At 225' I think they will be just right about 7:30 or 8. Just use salt and pepper this time. Plenty of humidity so did not mess with a water pan. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.

I set my smoker on 225* and cook for 3 hours, wrap in foil then cook for 2 hours, and this time on the advice of @kwaynem I opened the foil and let it smoke for another hour. They turned out fall off the bone tender.

Oh man ... I'm jealous ... I've been cooking all afternoon, getting ready for the week and I'm beat but nothing looks good now. 🤦🤦 Well except for the "pickled" red onions that won't be ready to eat until tomorrow ... And won't be really REALLY good until Wednesday. 🤷

Guess I'll just drink my kombucha (it's GT Gingerade so I'm NOT complaining 😋) and hang out for a minute. 🤗
