@rockchalk06 please enlighten the un-indoctrinated and lemme know what Iā€™m looking at. Help a brother out because that looks like the end result is going to be delicious. Iā€™m guessing smoked beans with ham/bacon/onion and some brown sugar. Never made my own baked beans and would have never thought to have cooked them in the smoker. šŸ˜¬

Made myself and Mama a from scratch (crust and sauce) Chicago Deep Dish Pizza for dinner. Cooked it in a 11ā€ cast iron skillet and after it was all done the thing weighed 3 1/2 pounds. My side was all pepperoni and the Mrs like nothing but vegetablesā€¦..šŸ¤® Thatā€™s one darn tasty pizza if I do say so myself.

Looks delicious!!! I also like the fact that you have a kitchen measuring tape.

Red Beans and rice sir! My take on Red Beans and Rice anyway.

Smoke the bacon, chorizo and onions, boil the beans for an hour then mix all together with a jug of chicken stock. I'm 4.5 hours in on this cook and they are almost done.

Take two cups of the porrage when you're about an hour from being done and puree it all together with a couple scops of corn starch and mix back in. Thickens it up real well.
