What smoker are you using Mark? My old masterbuilt propane took a dump. I thought it was the regulator but I switched it out and that didn’t get it. I had the big one, could get 10 slabs in it. I’m looking to downsize to a smaller ‘set it and forget it’ electric pellet unit.

Several years back I got the wife a CookShak electric smoker. This version you add wood chips and forget about it. Very convenient they used to be made in Ponca City. Haven't seen one with the stack and the box on the same side . Offsets are the best though.I guess I’m the only one that’s old school with the old trusty reliable and last forever wood burner??? Lol
Check out the Masterbuilt 560. If you really want only pellets then look at the camp chef dlx, they have more features than say a traeger.What smoker are you using Mark?
