Haven't seen one with the stack and the box on the same side 🤔. Offsets are the best though.
I built it reverse flow it has another piece of pipe in the bottom that goes all the way down until about 3 or 4” inches from the end the heat is more consistent through the whole smoker that way and the smoke travel all the way back across all the meat to the stack

I was going to ask if it was piped in such a way, but it looked too nice to be home built. Nice work! Have you seen the goldee's design that pulls the firebox away from the chamber a bit?

No I haven’t I have another design I’m wanting to try I just need to come up with the materials
