Yes. Got sick and tired of fast food 2x or 3x a day. I'm working on a Sous Vide plan too so I don't have to cook from frozen/raw either. Got a bunch of chicken quarters I sous vided last time I was home. Tossed them in the truck freezer and then i just thaw one and sear it up in a pan. Have had 2 of them. Didnt come out half bad.

Beef tenderloin, smoked for couple hours at 225 to a perfect internal temp of 140, taters and mac n cheese.
