Right. I don't think voting for Romney would've changed a thing with Obamacare but I voted for him anyway because he looked presidential. :D

But back to the topic; This healthcare plan sucks a baboons inflamed anus. Quality of care goes downhill while costs and layoffs go uphill. Thanks, socialists!

Ditto. And I'm not one to sing Romney's praises. A few on here wanted to bang the anti-Romney drum before the election but for me it was an easy decision; I'd vote for a common cockroach before I voted for Dinglebarry. This is nothing new but what's done is done; America seems quite interested in plotting its own destruction.

I agree... I'm not going to kick and scream about it, America chose Obamacare and chose Obama for a 2nd term. They got what they (as a majority) wanted, so now we're gonna see how bad things can get in just 4 more years. It sucks, but sometimes learning hard lessons requires some suffering. :(

There wasnt really a "right" choice this cycle. I agree Obamacare aint the best deal but theres some things that are good about Obamacare.

I think we have something to work with. Get rid of some bad and keep some good. No reason to Tax everyone but allowing insurance companies to drop a person when theyre sick aint right.

Being able to keep a child on my insurance until 25 is good but forcing a individual to buy into a plan aint right.

It's good if they're in college, otherwise they need to be paying their own way. Some people have families and buy homes by the time they are 25, they're called responsible adults.

See how easy we agree. Its really easy to negotiate political solutions to political problems.

Too bad Dems and Repubs cant do that because of the enormous amounts of lobbiests money.

If I as a parent had to support my healthy child until they are 25, I've failed as a parent.
You agree that there is no reason to tax everyone, but that is what this whole bill is about. Tax the working people to support the part of our society that lives on entitlements.
I'll agree, that some have no choice, but the majority of the "benefits" are going to the lame and lazy.
I have family members that are 100% disabled, that have got along just fine without obamacare using the current programs in force.

I've said it before, I'll say it again... had a woman in the ER the other night, 25 years old, "disabled" on disability, Medicaid and Medicare. Her disability? She can't read... that's right, folks. Overweight but otherwise healthy and smart enough to function in society, but she can't read. So we're gonna support her for the rest of her life on welfare and disability.

****'s broked.

There's a brick wall just outside my front door. I'm going to go bang my head against it. Back in a few.
