If a year ago you were telling people that Obama was going to take over the auto industry, banks, student loans, the healthcare industry, and then he was going to sue Arizona because they want to inforce the law and he did not. You would have people telling you that you were crazy and needed to quit watching Fox. Not to mention, The same people who were demanding to see John McCain's medical records would be telling you that you are crazy because you would like to see a birth certificate for the President.

A new ban depends on who ends up controlling congress but maybe not even then. The DEMS are running so scared now that adding a ban to their sins might seem to a lot of them as the road to the end of the party for them.
Nope: no new ban - at least not in this political environment.
Then again if the demonrats get their clocks cleaned in the mid-terms it's possible the lame ducks might take the opportunity until they're replaced in Jan 2011 to do what ever the hell they feel like all the while banking on the notion that the republicans 1) won't repeal and 2) if they do the Obamanation will veto it anyway.
