I used to shoot ROTC Postal Matches in college. Of course, that was In the 1970's and we only used basic single shot bolt rifles and Smith Model 41's.

Some things don’t change, I guess, because we’re all still using single-shot bolt actions, haha! But they were relatively fancy, made by Anschütz.

The Panhandle. There’s not even ammo to be found here, even in Liberal, Kansas. Just some overpriced poor selections of five calibers, and a few guns on the wall.
