i posted in their feed back thread but thought it deserve a wider look.

I order a $434 upper from them friday 10/12/12.monday came no upper,tues came no upper,so i contacted fbt for tracking info and was told it showed delivered monday.

told fbt i didn't recieve it,so they contacted post office and after investigation were told driver left on my porch.i work nights and was home all day, no one rang the bell and my dog never barked and he always does when someone comes up to the house.

fatboy tactical told me not to worry about it they would replace free of charge ,just give them a week to get one in and ship it. i felt bad because they had to take the loss but i couldn't afford another one. they could have told me to pound sand it was delvered but didn't.

btw the original upper was dropped off on my porch this morning i wouldn't have known it if my dog hadn't started barking,i looked out in time to see a white ford ranger with a flasher on top drive away.

bottom line is fbt were willing to take a $434 hit to take care of a customer and i think that speaks volumes about them.

I've bought a few things from them and couldn't be happier. It's nice to have a LGS that aren't gouging and will go the extra mile. I will buy more in the future.

Them guys are AWESOME.

I tell you all what BANG does, however it costs about 3-4 bucks more shipping. I request "Adult Signature"

If no one is home, they will give you to opportunity to pick it up, or redeliver.

This takes out the chance for the customer AND the dealer getting screwed.

Back to FBT. This truly shows their scope of customer service.
