Is he in a better place now?
Hopefully is is back in my barn where I see his shed skin every year.
zero mice in there except in the winter when its hibernating.
Startles me a bit when raising the 8' shop garage door and he is stretched across almost the full width catching the breeze running underneath the little gap but he is a friend to the place. We let him be.
That’s pretty cool. When you said he was after a bird’s nest, I figured you shot him. Cool either way.
You guys got me wishing I could go fishing now. I have not been in probably 15 years. Think I still have most of my old gear including an old Penn Star Drag deep sea reel or two from when I lived on the TX gulf coast. Got to look and see what I have soon as I get a chance.
It's the way nature operates. Some live some die. If we didn't have a balance, we would not exist. Some go extinct, some new organisms are developing all the time to replace those that go extinct.
Prime time now. Sand bass and stripers on their spawning run while crappie, bass, catfish and perch are on the banks spawning.
It is going to be awhile, got a doc appointment tomorrow as I think I screwed up some ribs again. All this virus crap lifts I may have to go out my sisters place and do a little pond fishing anyway.
Oops getting behind on the picture posting. I guess that happens when working all night and fishing half of the day.
I'm new to Oklahoma. What kinds of fish are those? Striper?
